The distance between the two entrances of Cahuita National Park and Puerto Vargas is about 5 miles long and leads around Cahuita Point. This hike will let you fully experience the broad spectrum of biodiversity the park offers! We have a good chance of seeing various mammals, such as monkeys, coatis, sloths, and snakes, as well as other wildlife. We might even have) an encounter with the American crocodile, also an inhabitant of Cahuita National Park, but that depends on luck, as they rarely show themselves.
